Shipping

All shipping costs are excluded. Items are delivered within 5 to 10 business days from the order in Europe and within 10 to 20 business days in the rest of the world. This period is indicative only and may vary depending on availability. Exceeding this period may in no circumstances be held against Lottozero nor give rise to a termination of the contract or any compensation for damages.

If the delivery period exceeds one month Lottozero will refund the price of the undelivered goods via bank transfer.

The packages are delivered by post or by express carrier, Lottozero is not able to guarantee a specific time of delivery. Lottozero shall have no liability to the customer for any failure to deliver goods they have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.

We provide exchange or a full refund for any product within 30 days from the delivery date if it shows signs of production defects provided that the item is unworn and in otherwise perfect condition, with all labels attached and in the original packaging.
